It was a *seriously* stressful time; we were up against the Stamp Duty holiday deadline, and if the transaction hadn’t gone through, I would have been forced to pull out of my house purchase entirely. The financial pressure was overwhelming. Rosie truly went above and beyond , sending emails at 3am to keep things moving and doing everything possible to make sure we completed in time. Her dedication, responsiveness, and calm under pressure were exactly what I needed during such a high-stress period. Honestly, I feel super lucky to have had Rosie working on my case.
