Clear, agreed fees
We are upfront about cost from the first call. Trade mark applications, licences and standard IP agreements can often be agreed for a fixed fee. Disputes and enforcement are handled on an hourly basis, always with an estimate before we start. Official registry fees are additional and we will set them out for you.

How do I protect my brand name and logo?
Usually by registering a trade mark. We check the name is clear to use, file the application with the UKIPO, and deal with any objections, so your brand is protected and you can enforce it.
Someone is copying my product or brand. What can I do?
Often quite a lot. Depending on your rights we can send a cease and desist letter, seek a takedown, or take court action to stop them and recover losses. The sooner you act, the stronger your position.
Do you handle patents?
We advise on patents and protect the commercial side, and we work alongside specialist patent attorneys who handle the technical filing, so you get complete protection in one joined-up process.
